Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Please note that items may ship directly from our supplier partners, which may result in longer processing times during peak periods.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount.
Delivery Time
- Domestic (US): 5-10 business days after processing
- International: 10-20 business days after processing
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages as items ship from different supplier locations. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
