Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from PocketHaul. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at pockethaulstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return address and instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once our supplier receives and inspects your return (typically 5-10 business days), we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and personalized products cannot be returned.
